Who Should Be the Next Bond?

My vote for the next James Bond would be #1: Clive Owen, #2: Ewan Macgregor and #3: Hugh Jackman. Would like to see Pierce Brosnan keep at it for one or two more, but don't think that's gonna happen...ns51

It probably will NOT be Clive Owen.

I didn't know about Hugh Jackman's 'adult' past. That probably would scuttle things for him. Here's two more possibilities that would--imho--work: Eric Bana. Would not be my first choice, but he'd be a decent Bond. A tad unmasculine looking I think. Second choice: Dougray Scott. The rumor mill says that Scott has an inside track to the Bond role. He'd make an excellent Bond I think. He's from Scotland isn't he? The accent worked for Connery...ns51

Did anyone else notice that when Mr. Brosnan came out to present an award at the Oscars the other night, he came out to the James Bond theme???...I wonder, could this be a hint that old Piercy boy is indeed in talks to do one more bond, or perhaps has already landed the spot?...I, for one, bloody well hope so.

My vote for a replacement Bond still goes to Ioan Gruffudd though. I think he could pull the bond look off pretty damn well with a decent hair cut. He looks pretty good as Mr. Fantastic in the Fantastic Four, so I think he'd be able to pull the ol' Bond, James Bond look off quite well.
