Adrian Paul seems to be wearing his hair short these days..... the ponytail was a trendy thing at the time Highlander series was made - and pictures of him from that era are all over the place because Adrian with the ponytail represents "Duncan MacLeod" - for which there is a cult following... for that "character".
Hair can always be cut and colored according to the "vision" of the director. I could hardly imagine the naturally fair-haired Viggo Mortensen AS Aragorn in LOTR series - but when they coloured/darkened his hair - grew it (extensions at first, I think) - darkened his eyebrows and used mascara to make him look like he had eyelashes - "voila" - there was the Aragorn that Peter Jackson envisioned!
Here is a short-haired Adrian Paul: ✅ 😮💨 💃
honestly RA, that new rule the british have about their agents not being taller than 6 feet has nothing to do with bond... and as pointed out earlier: every person who played it was bigger than 6 feet, so they can't all of a sudden change it 😖
the good thing is that he is known... but already "forgotten" to some extant, so he has experience, the looks (I think) and knows how to be icecold.
Ok, he did some weird acting from time to time, but than again, it has been a long time since they taped Highlander and people change of course 😉
Evy-O... Many actors 10+ years my junior are "hot" looking (IMO) - I think Colin Farrell - (also much younger) is "hot" looking... but after seeing interviews with him and his filthy mouth.... turned me right off. There are better adjectives in any language than "f**k" every second word!
Some actors don't have "physically perfect features" to make them have a gorgeous face like a "Tom Welling" (also too boyish) - but it is often in the combined features that they become "hot" or "sexy" or "charismatic" - like Sean Bean. I LOVE Sean Bean! Now THAT is sexy - with IMperfect features.
I married my hubby 20 years ago. Everybody has somebody that looks like them in the world, it seems. My "twin" apparently lives in my same city (so I'm told at the grocery store and elsewhere). My hubby is also the rugged yet quiet type (not a "pretty boy" type). Sometimes the likeness to Aragorn (not Viggo) goes to his head... but then if I looked like Audrey Hepburn (my ideal of perfect beauty - partly due to her inner beauty too) - it might go to my head too! 😂
Bottom line, I guess - someone can be handsome/beautiful and still NOT be "attractive" or "sexy". Orlando Bloom is handsome, but not "Sexy" like a Sean Bean or Adrian Paul would be (Sean Bean not right for Bond either).
yeah, it depends which searchengine,
the thing searches relevant stuff, in example, ... you have a thread here called "the Bond FunFacts" and in google if you type "james bond funfacts" or "bond funfacts" it pops up as first one
so, if the title would be "next James Bond" or something and we can make it a long one, it will get high ratings on google...
Quite frankly, I think that there should be a mass letter-writing or emailing campaign to the studio/writers/producers to get this guy into the role of Bond - for 3 these reasons:
1) Except for the blue eyes (Connery didn't have them either) Adrian Paul fits all the characteristics required of the James Bond persona.
2) All the other stuff mentioned on the first Adrian Paul thread posting
3) He is not typically the "top runner" in the media polls or even given as a contender anymore because he's not a "hot" star right now - which is the SAME reason his low profile would make a him a great choice - like an "unknown" who is well "wanted" to take over the role.
4) Considering that over the years there have been apparently been thousands of websites devoted to Adrian Paul becoming the next James Bond (depending on your search terms and search engine) - he would have a HUGE following and audience to make the studios $$$$$$$$
Who's on board for this??? 💃 🤣 💃 🤣 💃
Next posting I'll try to find appropriate contact info. 😄

I agree with you completely 👆 Well, Bloom is pretty (ok, hot... not form me, but I guess he has to be for some girls 😬 ) But James Bond doesn't have to have the classic 'baby face'... he needs to look manly and sexy, which is something Bloom isn't... at least not manly 😖
Btw Colin Farrell is soooo drool ... 😄 Yeah he doesn't have a good roumor though, he's supposed to be alcoholic and such 😖

Well... exactly my point above, right? 😄
