Who Should Be the Next Bond?

...and the idea for the name James Bond came from one of his favorite novelists, if this hasn't already been discussed?

Oh man, did I miss a few threads here? So in other words my answer to where the idea of James Bond came from is a moot issue.

well, I think quite a few threads have been merged over the time so it's all a bit unclear 😖

Sorry, just don't see Hugh Jackman as Bond. His nose is a little too pointy...looks more like a ferret. Which works great for Wolvie, not Bond...Ferret Bond is a bad idea.. 😠 😮 😘

Why do you guys keep complaining about his nose. Aside from Brosnan no Bond has been good-looking! Well Connery was reeeeeeeeeally charming.
And Timothy was good-looking but not a good Bond 😖

hey, don't get me wrong, if they need someone to play Cyrano De Bergerac he would be great 😛 not as bond though

The next Bond must be someone who will be recognized for that role, and not an actor in which whenever you'll see him, will remind you of his previous character in another film.

Take for example (and this is a lame one) If Mike Myers got the role of the next James Bond, to me, all he'll remind of is Austin Powers and not James Bond. So my point again, it has to be someone who's not too overly famous for a particular character in another movie.

yeah, that's a view I totally agree upon... but when you see in example Adrian Paul, I don't see Highlander anymore in him if he cuts his hair

IMO HJ wouldnt remind me of another character he has played.
AP had is hair in a pony tail petty much all of the time, so long or short hair makes no difference to me.

I very much agree with the idea of JB being played by someone not that well-known ✅
And AP without ponytail looks very different imho 😄 (better)
