Who Should Be the Next Bond?

oh sorry about my earlier post i was just overwelmed with......car madness!

i think Keanu would make a very good Bond i mean he is sexy and looks good in a suit 🙂 and would look good in an Aston...the trademark Bond car 😍

Brosnan is signed up to do a fifth and I saw an interview where he
said it'd be nice to match Connery's 6, but we'll see.

New Bond hmm, don't think Ewan would cut it really.

How about Colin Firth or Clive Owen (Chancer) or even Hugh Jackman.

It can't be an American, Jackman may just get away with it.

Ioan Gruffoyd (sp) (Titanic,102 Dalmatians and Very Annie Mary) an underated actor but hey so where Dalton/Connery/Moore/Lazenby and Brosnan before they became Bond James Bond lol. 🙂

is there anyway to get every bond movie together?i know they have a box set but it only has like 7 movies.

In the UK there is a nicely presented tin case complete with all official bond films from Doctor No to TWINE on DVD, id wait though until they actually cease the production of the Bond Films altogether (awful thought i know) and buy a complete set with all official Bond Films in one final presentation set.

Another choice for Bond in my opnion would be Gerald Butler whos most notable performances include Dracula 2000 (also known as Dracula 2001 in the UK),Tomb Raider 2:The Cradle of Life,Mrs Brown and Reign of Fire.

Sean Conney was the best bond
Geroge Lanzeby the worst, he was a model not an actor
Persnnaly i think they should end it, im the biggest bond fan ever with so much information u wouldnt belive but Die anoher day made me cry.
So instead im gonna name people who i think be funny
1. Colin farrell "Eye the names bond, fekkin James Bond" and also "Shaken and if you fekkin stir it i jump over this counter and fekkin feck you up"
2. Hugh Grant "Em yes I I I I my name, em yes james, oh sorry ha ha i mean bond, james bond, yes i think thats the ight way yesss"
3. Samuel L Jackson "Damn fool, you trying to miss with me? The name is Bond, James bond you fool, remebr that!!"
4. Sean Connerry "Yess im back and im the ONLY Bond, James Bond"
5. Daniel Radcliff "Right my name is Potter, harry Potter"
6. Graham Norton "Ohhh i cant believe Moneypenny you wore that dress!!"
7. emmmmmm name me someone and i think of jokes for that person

Pierce Brosnan is soooooo gross, and I personally believe he is ruining the Bond films, Sean had class.

James Purefoy should definitely be the next Bond, and the director of "A knight's Tale agrees with me, he says so on the DVD commentary.

I would like to say Ioan Gruffudd since I love him and he replied to my letter (well, his mother did, but that's beside the point!)

Anyway, perhaps that was too much info...

I'll bet money on Christian Bale being the next bond, he's the perfect candidate imo. Just do a google image search, he is bond.

imho, moore did that with making it more of a rediculous comedy then the "action spy movie with a tad of humor"
dalton was the one who had to bring it back to the good action spy movies, followed by brosnan, just the last one (DAD) got me fiered they are going back to the moore movies

(note, I really DON*T dislike Moore! He was a good actor, but the bond movies he was in were just too stupid from time to time)

i really would like to see that black british actor who is in the bond movies become bond, i know i read pierce even saying he would fit the part perfectly, that guy looks like a perfect fit, tall, good looks also athelethic and can kick some ass. I dont remeber his name though.
I cant think of anyone else really to play bond, christian bale is a good nominee as well, but he is american i dont want a fake british accent for bond 🙂

He was born in Pembrokeshire, Wales, UK. I think he sounds English most of the time in interviews etc.

I agree with you about that other guy, if they were to change bond to a black guy he would be great in the role.

they should stop the bond movies.

My bad on christian bale, after i replied to the thread i checked out online and found out he is Welsh, never realized that hehe. In that case yes i think he would be good too but he seems a bit ....scary actually, i guess coz of American Psyco i always see him being a killer or something!! But i think that black actor would be the best fit of all.
