Heres my two cents people.
First off, the notion that having Condoms around will increase the chances of a student having intercourse is a crock of shit. I Had a package of condoms sitting in my desk drawer for over two years. During the after mentioned period of time, I had innumerable chances to have sex, But I made the choice not to. If the whole idea that having them around would make someone have sex was correct, I would have had sex the first chance I could. But I did not.
Secondly, several times now, people have made it appear that Abstinence is a purely religiously inspired choice. It's not. I can think of over five people that have made the choice to remain abstinent, and are Agnostics and Atheists. Which does a fair job of smashing that idea to bits.
Thirdly, whats with this whole nonsense thats been posted of only deserving people being infected with an STD? Thats one of the most insulting things I've heard in all my years of membership on KMC. If you have said this, Go fall in a pit, and die. Fools.
Finally, People will NEVER stop having sex. It goes against human nature, and I'll be blunt. It's fun as f*ck (No pun intended).
Have a nice day folks.
Well, my college gives out condoms. It's not really bad. Students WILL have sex, and giving out protection is better than letting the students spread STDs and STIs everywhere.
I don't think high schools should. In college, most people are legally adults anyway. In high school however, giving out condoms could definitely lead to problems with parents blaming the school for their kid having sex.

Yeah but we arent 'babies' I mean I know college students are older, but HS students are hornier and handing out condoms will help a good percentage.
P.S. High school students are NOT lustier than college students lol. However, high school students DO make a much bigger deal out of having sex than college students.

I never said it wouldn't help. It's the parents of these high school students that will cause the problem.P.S. High school students are NOT lustier than college students lol. However, high school students DO make a much bigger deal out of having sex than college students.
Yes that is true , but are you for condoms or not?
some will interpret their availability as condoning sex among teens, rather than seeing it as a safety precaution FOR teens. their availability is not MEANT to condone the act. if kids are educated properly, they are then able to make an educated choice with regards to their actions. should they CHOOSE to engage in sexual activity, is it then wrong to supply them with a safe way to engage in it?
i don't think it is wrong.
