I dont believe any more than one percent may want to have baby during their highschool years.

True, so why not give out condoms so you don't have to worry about having and wanting. if they want a baby they would not use the condom and give it to someone else which would be there problem

Now almost everyone loses their virginity before college, less girls'll get knocked up, it helps avoiding AIDS among other sexual diseases. They'll be doing it anyway, why not safely?

High schools should give condoms to people who ask for them to promote safe sex.Its silly to just hope that no one will have sex and no protection will ever be needed.
