Should HIGH SCHOOL and COLLEGES give out Condoms?

ALONG with USEFUL sex-ed, that realises that sex is here to stay - YES, of course.

I am totally for giving condoms at school, I mean High Schoolers are having sex anyway better they do it with protection, but as Omega said it's also important that students get a useful sex-ed.

How are they giving these out? Are they sitting in a basket outside the lunchroom or do you raise your hand and someone flings you a rubber from the front of the class?

And another question...would these kids come forward if it were a sponge or a diaphragm?

They would be able to get them at the office or people would hand them out.

Another question: Do they provide how-to instructions (including video) for these students?

Should they? No. Do I think it's a bad idea? Also, no.

I'm just guessing here, but I believe the video "how-to" instructions would be popular among the high school students.

I believe that they misinterpreted a teacher demonstrating on a Banana or something, I'm assuming? For their 56 year old Gym teacher pulling out his penis and showing them how to on that. Which indeed would be quite horrifying- and Illegal. 😉
