Well for college i believe yes cause im goin to San Diego State University next year and idk if ya know but SDSU is like STD world [ i didnt know this til i got admitted n everything -_-] but i read some else comment and they where said well if they get sumthn [disease or pregnant] than thats their fault, but at the same time what if they were a victim of rape?
For High School im kind of on the yes / no, cuz SOME high school kids are soo freakin stupid when it comes to sex education, i think that they should show actually pictures of Warts and Herpes and stuff like that cuz when i saw actual picture i knew i didnt want to ever have un-protected sex, ( unless i know my partner test result and all that}
But then again im kind of on the no side becuz yeah it may promote sex, but at least they will be safe for the most part
No, it shouldn't be the school's responsibility. If a student chooses to act irresponsibly they deserve any and all negative repercussions. A rubber isn't a hot commodity. I used to get them at county health department when I was a teenager, for free.
Condoms are readily available, people who don't glove up are just being lazy and irresponsible. I doubt a school giving them out would suddenly change that.

I don't see the point in giving them out. But providing it for specific cases and for those who ask, I don't see why not.I don't think 13 year olds are aloud tobuy condoms, so giving them an STD is hardly fair.
A 13 year old shouldn't be ****ing in the first place, so they deserve the STD.

your melovolantly sadistic arent you. is there sumthing wrong with helping people be better and more responsible even if you wudnt be personally responsible if they made mistakes?
i see this selfish solpsistic attitude on kmc a lot.

You're right, people shouldn't have to deal with the consequences of their actions. I guess?😆
people should deal with the consequences of their actions to a certain point. a child who for all you know may have been pressured into committing the act or simply didnt understand the consequences of their actions should not have to suffer with a life threatening disease that might be incurable because of one mistake. that would be stupid. there is a reason why you are considered an adult when youre 18. children shouldnt be treated like adults or expected to think like adults.

its easy for people to be smart aleks and tough guys on the internet. people wouldnt say half the things they say on here if the person theyre talking to was standing right in front of them. if you think people are bad here you should see the little shits that infest xbox LIVE.
i have problems with peopl willingly allowing people top make mistakes that they cud have easily stepped in and informed the person about or provided with aid which wud lessen or finish its reprecussions, and then those same people sit back and laugh at the suffering of the person who makes the mistake.
this sort of sanding and not doing anything or showing indifference is a kind of evil to me.

Because it's totally logical to treat 13 year-olds just like adults 🙄
Because it's totally logical to alleviate all responsibility for the 13 year old and the parents. And our court system does indeed try minors as adults on occasion. Stop acting like a 13 year old can't think for themselves.
Once again, there are resources readily available. Anyone who chooses not to use them gets what they deserve.

Ha. It's funny to me that you're the one resulting to insults here, yet you're claiming that I'm an internet "tough guy".

Informing the teen should be the parents job, and on top of that, schools do teach sex ed. If a teen chooses to ignore the dangers, it's a decision they should have to deal with. State laws vary, but most any planned parenthood office will give a person contraceptives, even if they're under 16. I'm pretty sure Ohio, and some others, will give them to a 13 year old.
