Should HIGH SCHOOL and COLLEGES give out Condoms?

I was at a University Fair today, and they were doing a demonstration on how to properly apply a condom, and how to choose the right one out of like 10 different kinds. They gave us free samples too, I got ribbed and banana flavoured 😊
