It was a comedy thriller similair irreverent humor to the original Randell and hopkirk - They both used to be on when I was very small in the early seventies after Dangerman and just before CRossroads all week - obviously these were re runs I'm old but not that old.

The Sweeney movies in particular the one with the gang in Spain and the Purdy Gold Barrelled Shotgun is well worth watching.

I don't remeber Earth Shock is it one of the new ones? I enjoyed the new series in particular the Dalek and the series finale double.
I was a big fan as a kid did you know about the pre Davros Century 21 proto Dalek origin?
