seems it would end the same way the ds/zeus battle ended. could end more quickly or could last a lot longer depending on how you see dc zeus/odin. recent odin wouldn't last long--not as long as zeus did since ds would be starting at a higher level. classic odin would last much longer. people will bring up the diana showing but she didn't really do all that much in the end other than smack him around. i don't think the difference is that great between classic odin and this darkseid, but if ds can absorb his power, not sure how odin could counter that. without the absorption it's a lot closer in my mind.

Darkseid was able to absorb the power of Zeus because they are part of the old pantheons. Darkseid is destined to absorb the power of Zeus. It’s kida why they are considered New Gods. Nothing suggests that DS would be able to absorb Odin
well, technically, at one point every superpower was attributed to the source....besides, on a neutral field we assume both power sets work at their fullest. as i said, without absorption i'd still take ds. he was a match for zeus BEFORE he stole zeus' power. add zeus' power to what he had and it seems he would exceed odin by a fair margin. just that classic odin has some pretty uber feats, which is why i'd need to know more about what dc zeus has done to better gauge things.
