No, rock hits magneto. Hulk smash. Unless magneto manages to create a rail gun effect and vaporize said rock before it hits him. Bah, hulk eventually smash. So long as mags doesn't use near-light velocity projectiles to vaporize hulk. :-)
If I were a writer, I'd definitely not rely on mags "shielding" ability...but focus on his vast ability for offense beyond the stupid human-tricks. I mean, have the dude drop an iron rich meteor from space. Heheehhe....yeah....that's cool.

I told you like 4 times, Jack of hearts was flying AWAY from hulk, whereas magneto will just do a sideways movement... because he can move any direction he chooses. Then the girder in the spine, which no one can say wont work, because we all know damn well it will.

I can't find much on Hulk's bones except for word of mouth saying it rivals adamantium, but Hulk's muscles and skin would probably be too durable to just hurl a girder at him and expect it to pierce like speargun though Wolverine's sweet tender neck.
yea do people understand that missiles that rip steal apart and blow up buildings dont penetrate Hulk's skin...why would a blunt girder do anything but tickle?...and by the way...for those people who know about comics....Wolverine's claws were originally unable to penetrate Hulk's skin in his first few encounters...from his first appearance to his encounter with Hulk in the tournament of champions.

As magneto enjoys a warm day in the sun with his lover, Mystique, the two are attacked by a not so jolly green giant known as the hulk. The hulk jumps on Mystique and kills her instantly. An enraged Magneto decides to once again use a power he has used on rare occasions in the past, the ability to control the natural iron in someone's blood; he uses the fullest exent of his power to rip all the iron out of the hulk's hemoglobin and actually pull it through the pores in the giant's skin. The hulk, still being an organic being who needs an oxygen transport system and being unable to create matter to autotrophically make more iron, quickly dies a slow painful death. After Magneto uses his power to bury Mystique, he looks at the corpse of the green giant and smiles.

as for mag's pulling the iron out of hulks body, i dont think people understand the strength of MISSILES (you know the things used in war to knock down a whole city or two) have hit the hulk everywhere, and not penetrate his skin (not just the little green skin you see on the outside, remember theres alot more layers to that) not to mention MUSCLE, you know the gamma radiated ones......its a comic book character, hulks hemoglobin wont be put into consideration, since technically gamma radiation would just kill you

As for him crushing Mjolnir, that was in a dream. The 250 ton mountain range was stupid to begin with, and the whole onsalught series was bullshit anyways. A lot of things that occured during the onslaught cycle are retarded, i mean if onslaught can physicly (And yes, it was physical, his fingers pierce juggernaut's flesh) tear out a gem that isn't even there... then we know its bullshit.

it bends. Have you ever seen Hulk impaled by any metal object? No.
That girder would even break his skin...all it would do is hit him from behind and knock him out of air....far from an incapacitating blow.
It did not pierce his flesh, he was not bleeding, and where exactly did Onslaught come from when that happened? Wasn't he like under the X-Mansion with Jean Grey?
JuggFan puts up the same arguement about the crystal getting ripped from his body, but NO ONE mentions how ambiguous the whole scene is. It is NOT clear whether or not they ment that as a mental attack or a physical attack.
Personally, I believe what he did was rip the EMBODIMENT of the crystal from Juggernaut. it is a VERY unclear scene but what is more likely to scare Juggs...something in real life....or in his head?

Hulk HAS been torn to shreds by a villan with an adamantium suit of armor...can't remember his name. He has an incredible healing factor. n his first tussles with wolvie, they weren't allowed to show blood and guts in that kind of comic, so they just made his skin elastic enough that wolvie couldn't pierce it.

Jack of Hearts is far more capable of flying sideways, or any direction, considering he has exceptionally impressive flying abilities...Ive never seen magneto fly at near light speeds...even on earth magneto has mediocre flying abilities...JOH was far more capable at manuevering than magneto but Hulk still caught him...why do u keep on drawing out your own circumstances of the fight, saying what u think would happen in a fight: "magneto would just fly sideways"...what makes u think he is capable of it...do u notice how all the people who are favoring the Hulk keep refering to actual comic events...however there isnt one single example from a comic book that would lead anyone to believe Magneto could take the Hulk...
