I'm pretty sure I could beat every one of them up 'till Jubilee with powers. For that one, it depends on the scenario. I mean, if you just dump us out there face-to-face and unarmed on the street in plain view of one another, I've got to say I'm definitely screwed. 😛
Edit: Well, unless we're really close to one another. I suppose I could try looking past her and saying, "Robin!" and then sucker-punching her if she looks. Who knows? Might work. 😄
No matter how skilled you are, you can't break anyone's neck without first being within reach of the target. Jubilee has range, and without a weapon, you do not (other than throwing rocks, maybe).
Now if you start out within reach of one another or get to sneak around first, then yeah ... maybe.
Edit: BTW, what was your MOS, soldier? And PDS? And how much TIS did you accumulate? 😉 Man, I miss going on TDY. Talk about getting PAID!

Trouble is, I come from the real world, where body mass/control and physical strength can simply overpower training altogether. On top of that, I have some actual fighting skill myself, particularly in the areas of countering and grappling.
It's not that Lois Lane is a woman ... that alone isn't the problem. Were she built like Laela Ali, I wouldn't go there. But unless she's suddenly put on some serious mass since I last saw, she's simply not.
