Classic iceman or the real iceman is pummled. Iceman can NOT be destroyed in iceform, iceman can freeze plenty thick ice around hulk to suffocate him, slow him down with radical lowering of temperature of the hulks blood(yeah I heard the debate of gamma blood might I remind you the speed in which iceman freezes things reaching −105 °F (−76 °C) within a few tenths of a second oh and yeah, iceman actually froze hell), iceman can make clones of himself, increase his mass, fight in water, vapor or ice forms. He can recreate limbs or shattered parts of himself. Iceman has way more power and versatility than the Hulk. Hulk has 1 fighting technique, smash. That won't work on something that can NOT die.
Hulk has been beat in fist fights by numerous characters, including ironman, silver surfer, wolverine, batman (with simply using knockout gas), Thor, Havok, The Thing (blame doom for this one), Dr. Doom, Zeus, Superman, Namor, and Spider-Man (Cosmic Spider).
This Hulk always has been nothing more than a Rite of passage for characters in the comic book world. Defeating The Hulk just shows a level of power greater than the average character. The Hulk is not immortal, he is not the most powerful and he damn sure isn't an Omega level mutant like Iceman is.
In order to beat Iceman you need celestials or other Omega's.
Closest thing I can find to Hulk and Iceman, I know Red Hulk wasn't as powerful but Iceman beat him on a physical level not even using the other options he has to win a battle.
Furthermore Iceman already beat Red Hulk and the Grey Hulk, unfortunately there hasn't been a fight of Green Hulk vs Iceman to debate so we are left to speculation.
