In power too since he defeated them easily after getting powered up.

Now two evidences that prove that the events of COIE are canon to superman. First its revealed that superman remembers the events of Crisis and the fact that superboy prime exists

Its also confirmed here that superman took part in COIE

Superman and Superboy Prime battled AM after he and Spectre destroyed/recreated DC (ie. after pre-crisis continuity was 'retconned', and DC was transformed into a single universe.) So he would obviously remember fighting AM alongside Superboy Prime (and co.), because it technically happened in post-crisis continuity (COIE #12.) Thus if you are trying to prove that Superman's pre-crisis feats remained canon even after the Crisis, then that isn't the best evidence.

However, if you want more definitive proof that [at least some of] Superman's pre-crisis feats remained canon in post-crisis continuity, then check out JLA v4 #29. Starbreaker recalls his pre-crisis battles with Superman and the JLA. 😉

That was the same superman who took the fight to AM at thedawn of time though as when he woke up in COIE 11 he remembered fighting and remembered Supergirl too. Anyway, that wasn't supposed to prove pre-crisis feats are canon as much as prove that Byrne superman survived a beating from COIE AM and in History Of DC Universe it was confirmed too. Libra also confirmed PC feats are canon again.

Supes need more respect. Tired of people saying almost every other hero can take him on. He's more powerful then people give him credit for.

Most people are ignorant of how powerful he really is, and some who do hate him for being that powerful.

I've found that, tbh, the people that say he's overpowered tend to be at the point where they think he's still like Chris Reeve.

Right now Darkseid, Helspont and Supes are the physically strongest characters in comics

U guys might love this.

Of course. LoL I somehow feel like they lurked around this respect thread and the Superman debates.

Goes through a black hole while not at full power.

Lets get some respect for Superman!!! Bump!! ^^ saves the whole justice league by himself!

............

I dont know if anyone uploaded this, but heres superman lifting a book with infinite mass with aid from Cap Marvel. HOWEVER, Ultraman did it on his own.

Just a quick reminder of the Marvel characters Superman has under his belt though his history. PRE CRISIS AND POST CRISIS

I think this out weights the venom incident 😄 💃

One of the best strength feats which never gets brought up.

A device having the energy of a small sun send moon falling from its orbit

First together with GL Kyle, and then apparently solo, Superman braces the moon, preventing it from spiralling out of orbit.

Superman states:

"I'm NO more invulnerable to the forces of magic than any other MORTAL"

specially for those always claiming that magic is a weakness. well is NOT. It is a vulnerability.
