Anyway, that wasn't supposed to prove pre-crisis feats are canon as much as prove that Byrne superman survived a beating from COIE AM and in History Of DC Universe it was confirmed too. Libra also confirmed PC feats are canon again.

In that case his feats are multiplied. He had to redevelope his powers, but he was altering reality with his blows and he did dish out something tangible against Emperor Joker. He seemed to eventually almost reach where he was. However, DCnU Superman IS a different Superman.

Anyone check out Injustice: Gods Among Us #9 where Superman punked Ares?

I thought that was pretty neat as those characters don't have much past interaction.

is the Injustice: Gods Among Us comics any good? i was thank of checking it out.

It's a little cliche and predictable. But considering that it's just a filler book for a video game, the writer is doing a tremendous job trying to make it worthwhile.

Striking Power:

Shattering Space and Time -

He can destroy a planet if he keeps at it -

Sure enough -

"As our skin splits, so does the earth."

Plows through Emperor Joker, a reality warper -

Durability:

Holds a miniature black hole in his hand -

Is the cushion for planets (So he can tank Kid Buu's casual blast, if anything could actually connect with that kind of power, it took Vegeta forever to get one beam like that and he MISSED)-

Superman cuts a moon in half and is FINE (King Kai's planet isn't even moon sized, if the moon were compressed into the volume of King Kai's world (a few hundred meters), it would be hundreds and hundreds of Gs, that's how much larger the earth and the moon are than King Kai's world) -

Btw he reached the moon at 2.5 times the speed of light.

Bizarro punches him through the entire earth, and he's smiling about it -

Survives the full brunt of a supernova explosion (Super Perfect Cell's full power) -

Strength:

Bench presses the equivalent weight of the earth for six days -

Krypton's gravity is thousands of times greater than any other planet in fiction, check it:

He can even crack Amazonian Weaponry by flinging his blood at it -

Combat speed:

Changes clothes in a moment -

Rebuilds a Skyscraper in Three Words -

Rebuilds Bizaro City in a moment -

Runs, gets some inc, and draws a bat symbol on this kid's shirt without anyone seeing him move (microseconds) -

Flies to Paris, goes into a shop, grabs a bottle of Champagn, and goes back to America in between two words mid sentence -

Here he tags the Flash, who casually fights at the Speed of Light -

Intangibility -

He outruns a terranova in 2 seconds, good luck tagging him with a ki blast -

Skill:

Nerve strike through Batman's armor -

Nerve strike on an indestructible Metahuman on par with Superman -

Their Ki blasts are a non-factor because he can escape any planet busting blast either by outrunning it or by going intangible. Even when fully amped by Ki Technique their striking power, durability, and combat speed are and would always be only a mere fraction of Post-crisis Superman. Not that they can hit intangible opponents. Unless any of them ever display feats on par with these. My summary of how this would go down? Superman methodically pressure points them one by one, paralyzing all of them before they can react. They aren't nearly as durable, strong or as fast, no matter how much ki technique they use, before their neurons can even reach their muscles they're dead.

If all else fails, he can just fry their brains with x ray microheat vision:

YouTube video

I mean, it's not like their brains or inner organs can withstand this kind of heat:

Or this:

Science can't even measure how hot his heat vision is:

No Z Fighter, with all their Ki energy, is capable of achieving his speeds even in the Movie:

YouTube video

Superman is this untouchable God, Z verse isn't alone here, no other mainstream Super Hero in Marvel or DC can match him in feats. He's a ***** to keep up with in feats. He's the first, and forever the Supreme Super Hero. He was written by two Jews who grew up in the slums, not some priviledged Japanese artist.

He's been stated again and again and again as the strongest super hero on earth, it runs in his genes:

On top of that, he's the epitome of Kryptonian Evolution; The Last Son of Krypton:

His power isn't real. Get him out of a system with yellow solar energy, and he has no abilities at all.

The same way you take away a man's Wheaties in the morning. Sure, he's nothing special but when he eats his Wheaties....

If only his powers actually did disappear outside of the solar system. They don't.

Quick question, this Corto Maltese champagne scene, where is that from? Is that from a time when Clark and Lois were married or just before? Does she really not know who he is?

It doesn't seem possible today, and I wouldn't ask normally, but I don't recognize the artist, and DC had Lois being somewhat dense regarding his secret identity in the past.

If memory serves, quite UNlike Mary Jane Watson in the case of Peter Parker, who realized Pete was Spider-Man YEARS before he told her, Lois had to hear it from Clark herself before she believed it?

I dont think they were married yet, but she already knew ck was sm. But to be honest i don't remember if they are already married, i think they are not, but 100% sure she already knows who is ck, wait i thik they are already married in here, they just play that love triangle thing.

The artist is tom grummett from the dos and ros era.

That scene takes place shortly after Supes regains his normal powers after the "Energy Supes" phase. Lois has known his secret for years and they are married at this point.

Can't recall the exact issue...

I think it's about time we started seeing about putting a New 52 thread together, though I am wondering if it should be put in the Superman forum, as that would make it neater and easier to edit.

IMO, I sometimes think that scene where people show Superman surviving a star going supernova is a bit overrated. Given that it's a yellow star, the impact and damage wouldn't be as significant as it normally would be to anyone else.

We should make a thread here that links to the thread in the Superman forum. That way, we can have it here, add it to the respect thread directory, and when they enter it, they're redirected there where, as you said, it's easier to edit.

I think he should definitely have his own thread, yeah.
