Superman Respect thread

More Superman Martial Arts.... brief, but to the point.

I gotta say, cosigning the fact that DS lost to Superman really kills his rep. I mean really kills it.
Kinda like if Odin had lost to Gladiator. It would've been that bad. Especially if Odin had finished, begging for change.
And they don't really make Superman look better either, to say he beat a guy who used none of his powers, except for the OE.
Which used to be a ultimate attack, but has been reduced to jobber status.
Nobody shines in this one, imo. AN was terrible, and S/B13 was almost as bad. He could've teleported them away, but chose to fight where Superman is most powerful?? Stupid characterization.
If Loeb was trying to top Simsons Orion, he failed. That DS/Orion fight was epic. These, were just sad.

Something recent:

More of that delicous Superbrains.

Blasting his way through the ultimate killing machine.(And there are previous images of it flying through a star.)

An amazing level of Green K resistance.

And some more. He was punched by that. That'd be like a human being punched by a diamond poisnous jellyfish which happens to be 40ft tall.

And look at that level of resistance! Amazing.

And I'm adding this for two reasons. The first being that it proves Superman's degree of heroism.

The second is it makes me laugh. A lot.

The next page is great too. Its a far out zoom of them falling and they're like specks. And Luthor says 'God, I hate you.'

yea hold on, this guy is a superman hater, dont listen to his cr@p too long it gives you a headache, superman beat darksied fair and square, the haters just want to use it against superman... get over superman will you!

This ship is estimated at over 400,000 tons and Supes through it into orbit son.

I don't know it looked fairly the same size as a aircraft carrier, but i know he'd throw any size of ship outta earth if it was a threat of course, then he'd get pissed and would 'will' himself to boost his power to throw it out, he does this all the time!

Superman turning the endless millwheels of Mageddon. Mageddons size dwarfs the solar system....and incredible strength feat.
