There are different theories about how they were able to boom tube their selves to the Source wall.1. Superman took the boom tube off of Darkseid during their encounter (although it was never shown), and used it to get himself there and back.
2. Superman flew so fast that the effects of a boom tube were created in the time/space continuum. In essence, he flew so fast that he tore a whole through the dimension and teleported to the Source Wall. (I don't really believe this one, but it's a theory nonetheless).
