It's 50/50 depending how they fight each other, Superman will win more of the majority barely. If superman uses his other powers to distract the hulk before he get enrage it will greatly increase superman chances, none of his powers will really hurt Hulk more than anything it will annoy him. But if superman try to pull a doomsday type of slug fest he will get his head kicked in, superman can't match the hulk strength we the hulk gets angry it's pretty much a done deal and , also hulks healing factors will come into play since he heals during battle the madder the hulk gets the stronger he gets also more durable he becomes. Taking hulk into space that shit doesn't work, gladiator tried it lets say he had a rude awakening. It all come downs how superman fights the hulk if supes uses his head and other abilities and landing blows before the hulk gets going it's in superman favor all the way, but if he try to brawl with the hulk he will find out that would be a very bad idea and bad for his health.

Superman taking the Hulk into space would work. Unlike Gladiator, Superman's powers don't correlate with his confidence level. Also, the reason Gladiator lost to the Hulk like that is because that's what the writers had predetermined. Seriously, if Gladiator can fly multiples times the speed of light, how the hell is the Hulk going to have time to think the whole situation out like he did? Realistically, Gladiator should've had him out past the moon in a nanosecond.

What are you talking about hulk being stronger then superman...... thats has never been proven or shown in any comic.... what ever hulk has done superman has done pluse more when it comes to strength.... I mean superman brawled with sav hulk for three days straight....... after the third day hulks body almost started to shutedown from all the strane of fighting.

Gladiator is a lot faster than superman (warp-speed) and he was fully confident. Gladiator grapped hulkand went off into space the hulk thunderclap gladiator around his ears and the hulk thunder calp himself back to earth.

How do you know Gladiator is faster than Superman? Some incarnations of Superman can fly a lot faster than the speed of light. In past issues, Superman has not only escaped the pull of a black hole in space, he's flown fast enough to travel through time. Not only that, more recently he's flown from Earth to Saturn in four minutes, which is about 19 times the speed of light if I remember correctly. Regardless, it doesn't matter if Gladiator is faster or not because both could grab the Hulk and have him out in the deep reaches of space in a nanosecond. Think about it. Marvel's not going to have Gladiator kill off the Hulk, one of their top characters, so that's why they wrote the book that way. If you look at it realistically, that whole time the Hulk is thinking that he's got a few seconds to do something, that's all it would've taken for someone as fast as Gladiator to have him millions of miles from the Earth.

we are talkning about current superman where not talking about pre-crisis, Gladiator flies at warp speed he's one of the fastest beings espeically in space.

Superman can and HAS grabbed the Hulk and swung him around like a ragdoll by the leg. All Superman had to do was throw him into space and that would've been it. Also, the Hulk that fought the Silver Surfer and Galaxy Master in space was the Savage Hulk. The current Hulk, the one that fought against Gladiator admitted that he would die in the vacuum of space. Not only that, the current Hulk is susceptible to being knocked out. Once in space, Supes could zip in near light speed and clock his ass into the sun or out of the solar system. Once Superman had the Hulk in space, he'd be powerless against Superman. The only way the Hulk could possibly beat Superman is a straight up fist fight, and even those have all ended in Superman's favor.
hulk is catching up in the polls i guess its not as one sided as everyone thought.
Actually, Hulk isn't catching up. Superman's lead has grown by one or two votes within the last month or two.
