In theory yes .... but in practice this rarely ever happens.
This is why the fights between the Hulk and Thor tend to be long and inconclusive. Thor has a unconscious habit of holding back when fighting anyone mortal /immortal. Like Superman he knows that his true strength is lethally dangerous against most opponents. This is probably is why Thor's power level fluctuates considerably.
Rarely do we ever see the Thor who is able to put dents in Celestial, Lift Snakes the size of planets, drag islands the size of Manhattan, and destroy asteroids the size of moons.
IMO, Thor's subconscious restraints are immensely effective. This is why he rarely Ko'es opponents such as Thing, Iron man and the Hulk in single blows. This though does not necessarily mean that he is not capable of doing so.
Have you not ever wondered, as the Hulk got angrier and therefore proportionally stronger, Thor was always able to match him ?
My theory is as the intensity of the fights grew, Thor was able to 'break free' of the subconscious constraints that impend his 'True' strength. Therefore as the Hulk becomes proportionally stronger, so does Thor.
The point is Superman has strength that is comparable with Thor's,( if not substantially greater). As shown in the recent Supergirl issues, he also has conscious control over his immense strength, and therefore greater access to it than Thor. If Superman wants to KO the Hulk with one punch, he will certainly be able to do so.

b)Hulk isn't stronger than Doomsday.
c)Supes defeated Hulk before.

"I have to put you down" and Hulk is KOed. Writers made it this way only because it looks more dramatic. I doubt there is any force in comix universe that can KO THE HULK with one punch.
