The Hulk is massively powerful I'd admit and pound for pound Superman is equal to his strength at least at base level, but Superman has more to work with than just mere rage and strength, he's more intelligent, versatile, strategic, calculative, passive..So like the many of the gigantic muscle bound monsters Supers has beaten in the past, if he can't win on mere strength alone he goes to the good old Super-hero logic and wins..Bar none....
Supes just has that human-like which gives him a more "fight conscious" quality while the hulk behaves like a raving beasts...
Superman's reaction time is not that fast. Spiderman dodges bullets, Superman can't although he doesn't have to. Handspeed is also very different than footspeed. He may be able to run or fly at the speed of sound, but dodging punches and counterattacking 20 times requires a degree of agility and reflex that superman has never displayed. I've seen him bested in fistfights by lesser villians.

superman was never written to dodge punches and counter attack ( at least not very often), coz then he'd be too powerful that he'd no longer be interesting to write. but per definition, superman is super fast whether it be foot speed, hand speed, or general quickness.
anyone who can run or fly at half the speed of light is quick enough to dodge obstacles so as not to be splattered or get anyone splattered. you're gonna have to have very fast reflexes to keep track of your whereabouts.
hulk smashed a planet twice the size of earth, earth-moon? hulks character gives writers more than enough scope to have him as strong as supes, only in marvel writers arent so exagerated, as hulk is unlimited in strength he could match whatever supes does and better it, heat vision, well hulk healed from bare bones in secs b4, in 1 crossover i read ( i know crossovers are shit) supes punches hulk under a pile of rocks, only for hulk to move unhurt, leaving supes to realise he is no PHYSICAL match for hulk. when hulks mad and insanely strong and quick on healing, supes can fly as fast as he wants, hed only win as writers would give him an anti hulk negator beam so he doesnt lose, then have him fly through the universe to sit on the throne of ultimate heaven, or some pants, man i hate superman, and dc for that matter, at least doomsday killed him, ( and wasnt he dcs version of hulk)
The Marvel vs DC crossover was a popularity contest. Superman is way more popular than Hulk. Stronger? No. More popular? Definately.
Rasta, Superman has shown limits to his strength. The Hulk's profile states that he has the capacity for limitless strength. That means he did not max out at 150,000,000,000 tons. He CANNOT max out. If sufficiently enraged (to an untold but obviously extremely high level of adrenaline,) Hulk could theoretically lift the weight of the all of the mass in the universe. However, strength isn't everything. Superman could win, or Hulk could win.
Superman Fanboys just don't want to admit the fact that Superman could lose in a fight. Most Superman Fanboys won't even admit that Superman would lose to Silver Surfer much less the Hulk, (Hulk being less powerful and slower than Surfer, yet physically much stronger.) When he outclasses Superman drastically.
