Ok let's look at what we have.
Speed : Superman , The man can fly at 3 times light speed by realworld physic's and can generally keep up with a flash on foot for a large amount of the time. Hulk hasn't shown anything near close to that.

3 for Supes
Strength : Hulk starts off at class 100 , not 100 + , 100. Supes starts off at somewhere so high Dc wont tell us, but a good example is him lifting a 5000 ton tanker like it was nothing , not even straining. Now while Hulk has the ability to go p in strength with his anger it will (arguably) take him quite a while to succeed Superman in strength.
4 for Supes
Overall : Supes is too versatile , he can stand there and turn Hulk to ash , freeze and shatter him , nerve jab him and then dismember him , fling him into the sun ect ect ect and as previously stated all Hulk can do is smash and when your fast enough to keep up with a flash then you can dodge this green ape.
Hulk has NO chance in hell.

He said there DC hasn't given a limit on Superman's heat vision, there is a limit on a super nova.
Superman is way faster than a speeding bullet, Hulk is not as fast as a speeding bullet. Your basing that off of Superman's first appearance, which he obviously has gotten much stronger and faster sense then.
If you were to go by first appearances, Hulk looses worse than he does now.

1) Someone could hold a gun to your face, and pull the trigger. Supes could come from across the continent, in a light job, and still catch it at the end of the barrel.
2) Hulks fighting skills are nowhere near Supermans. He just smashes. Superman uses various strikes, combat tactics, nerve jabs, utilizes his environment.
3) What will seeing spirits do for when him he gets dropped with a couple light punches from Superman.
4) Yes, Heat Vision will hurt. Will it be a win? Maybe, maybe not. Depends on how far Superman goes with it.
5) Strength is in Superman's favor from the very start, Hulk hasn't been the strongest there is in a very very long time. Both amp their strength a lot. Both off of emotional state. However, when he's amping, Supes amps ALL of his powers, speed, hv, breath, everything.

He got dropped by a skrull dude a while back in three punches.
He got every bone in his body broken against Sentry's other half.
