It's more like 4000, if not more. But his rapid regeneration abilities are immense.
Hulk doesn't need the mountain feat to prove how strong he is. That is the minimum of his feats. Current Hulk is significantly stronger than Savage anyways and was tossing mountains and destroying city size landscapes out of anger with his fist along with tanking nuclear explosions without a scratch.

That's a bit of a generalisation. We are talking about Hulk not some any "creature". Yet there as yet still needs to be shown an upper limit to hulk angry = stronger and even a consistent one
