Whatever, I'm clearly way off base. It's not like there are hundreds of battles against bricks where he slugs it out.

Superman will toss in a few super speed dodges, maybe hit Hulk a dozen times in a second but that's about as far as it goes.

At the level Hulk is operating at the moment, Superman would have to fight like his literally being controlled by Philo or something for speed to be a large deciding factor.

We all know Superman is going to fly in head on as his done against almost every single brick he has ever encountered. Banner will proceed to beat him down.

Frankly, I doubt Superman going for a full blitz from the whistle and defeating Hulk with a flurry of blows is much more likely than Hulk using his Gamma math to negate Clark's speed advantage. Assuming Clark can accomplish the goal even if he chose to. There's almost always a trade off of power for speed.
