There you go. I posed a lifting feat for Superman. Whilst he has been out of the sun for 5 days.

But if I say yes, then you will ask me for scans which would lead to a long debate. You already know the answer to that insane question though. Hulk flew one time and circumstances were involved.

Well, yeah. Your enthusiasm and love for the Hulk, whilst cute and lovable, sometimes gives you green tinted glasses.

No biggie.

Still collating your dossier of proof? Seeing as you have claimed, its up to you to prove that I am who you thought I was previously.

Thank you!!!

I take back nearly 1/3rd of the awful things I've thought about you today!

Don't worry; I'm used to it.

lol, "sometimes".

so he was in a machine not actually holding a planet or planting his feet in real ground...for all we know he could of been using flight to help his power...he was strapped down pretty much...5 days? yeah...must of been easier than it looks...still don't understand how training his body to get stronger makes any sense...he's powered by the sun...he should of reached his max years ago...anyway is this superman as strong as the machine says? who'd he use it on?

To be fair, even carver laughed at that word.

Right, back on track - no, Villelator, we have no limit at the moment for DCnU Superman. But we have seen him, using just strength, no flying, benchpressing the Earth for five days with no sunlight. Strength and stamina right there, avoiding any debate about his flight abilities.

Does that answer your question? We know what he's at least capable of.

Just saw your post.

So even though he's lifting, you still don't accept that he's using strength? Even though he's strapped to the machine he lifts?

And yes, it was easier than it looks. Which tells you how strong he is.

"durbeware" ?

Did you design that nunchuk smilie?

It's pretty cool if so ...

Is there a page on KMC telling how to make these?

None of what you just claimed has any backing in the comics.

Superman gets more powerful as he gets older. That's an actual fact, stated by writers and backed up by portrayals in the books.

it still doesn't tell me...if your strapped in you can't escape by flight...therefor you can use it all you want...do you see the issue here? throw another feat at me...and not all-star superman's lifting weight

Hulk has been put through the same tests as Superman and its been described as him having unlimited strength. These test were done by some of the smartest men on the planet.

Two more on the way.

Prove he used flight, and that it helps his strength.

No...I don't see the issue.

Think about it. Use Newton's law of motion.

They explicitly state that he was bench pressing, anyway.

they didn't say how he was bench pressing and last i checked superman has to fly to move worlds...we may not have a true answer but judging from supermans appearance he must of strained at some point

Well, one more.

Not any more. He can lift it without flying.

Well, yes he strained. He was starving, without sunlight.

Have you tried benchpressing any significant weight constantly for 5 days without any food? I can guarantee you you will be straining.

Carver, there is only one explanation.

DCnU's random scientists are smarter and better equipped than Marvel U's best.
