The point I had been asking you to address was whether you believed that the Hulk's control in the air would be useful to him if Superman/Superboy Prime kept the fight in the air.
You then came back with, well, SBP is the type to get in your face. No word on whether the Hulk can dodge or not
My point and question still stands. You dodged the question, and so, conceded by trying to hide behind a smokescreen of SBP's character.
However, unfortunately for you, I am made of sterner stuff. And so, as this thread is about SuperMAN, you have no smokescreen, so please address the question, unless that is your way of conceding?

Only if his opponent is as good if not better than Superman at flying. Otherwise, Supes can take his time - which, when coupled with his speed, can be devastating.
For Hulk to win, he would have to fight at Hulk's level - no other powers, just a slug fest. No extra speed, no freeze breath, no HV, no flight, no fighting skills.
In a slugfest, such as what I think DCnU Superman would try to do, and against HOTM Hulk, he loses. Other versions of Hulks have less chance of winning (relatively), and preboot Superman - who has been shown to use his powers pretty much all at the same time - can win.
you really don't understand why an air battle is worse rather than better for Superman do you? if superman has to dodge a speeding Hulk...he probaly won't and if he does dodge(which to dodge in itself would take time) Hulk will continue to keep trying...therefor getting more powerful each failure...and remember Super-Sonic speed and above when hulk leaps...Power&Speed=a more powerful strike...heck hulk jumped and caught a missle that a uni-powered character had to catch up too...

Superman is much, much faster then Hulk. Super sonic speed is a snails pace for him.
