More then comics where Hulk almost collapses a continent with a step?
Someone brought up what happens when Superman quits holding back. I brought up what happens when Hulk stops holding back. I didn't bring up him catching energy or some other rare tactic he's rarely done before.

Flash has light speed reactions.

Yet, he gets tagged by mere humans.

Does that mean he can't use his speed in a forum fight? He should be able to end any fight in a nano second.

But the poster you're responding to didn't bring that up, he brought up why Supermans speed advantage isn't being more thoroughly argued?

Again, for Supra:

No, I am saying I imagine Hulk carrying a defeated Superman around. Hulk would be a justice league problem nowadays not a Superman problem.

This...

Just like Konvikt, The General, Despero, Grundy, and Shaggyman are all JLA busters, and Hulk is far stronger than all of them.

Because it's out of character. I only argued Hulk not holding back when Superman doesn't hold back. Got to keep things fair, brudda.

All so true. I guess we really only see hits not registering in the world of Dragon Ball with Goku and the rest of them. In that universe it matters and it's how a lot of the story is played out in the fight scenes.

In the comic book setting it would be pointless and would be nothing to show for.

Flash is the poster boy of super speed in DC, yet his rogues gallery includes the characters who don't even approach Spiderman in speed, like Captain Boomerang.

Yet he gets hit all the time.

Pointing out Superman gets hit in comics isn't saying much, because super speed is one of the most downplayed powers in comic books. A fight where someone doesn't get hit and can beat you down in a picosecond simply doesn't make for entertaining reading.

So we have to resort to speed feats and the like, and the odd example where a writer actually lets a character stomp someone with his speed..

These are showing Supes dodge the attacks, pretty cool! So he can and has done it even with doomsday. Interesting and thank you!

We argue what they do in character not based on highest feats alone. If that's your thing log into cbr. Then again that isn't the characters it's just the powerset. Superman gets trounced on there by Gladiator so have fun.

Nearly knocking moon out of orbit by slamming a fist down >> causing earthquakes with stomps.

It's consistent with DBZ though, you can't say the same for DC and Marvel characters minus people like Flash and Quicksilver.

He wasn't stomping. I love how you ignore the wording of the comic itself because you jelly. The best part is Hulk was holding back still.

Which is why we have rules on PIS.

Manga writers aren't under the same restrictions US writers are. You don't want to hurt sales of one comic by having a hero stomp another hero cleanly, do you? There's a reason Stan Lee said "When two good guys fight, you always try and make it a draw".

And a C lister in an A listers own comic? Forget about it.

Yea it's really consistent in DBZ. That's one of the great things about it😉. I need to watch back through Buu and GT Sagas.
