Probably "Incredible Hulk versus Superman. Double Lives", 1999.
The Greg Pak era seems to be an outlier, however. Certainly none of the writers before or since have written him on that level. It would appear even Marvel cannot agree what kind of strength level he should be at.

What is cannon/ non cannon setting mean?
Canon - standard or conventional for that character. So for example, the fact that Superman can fly is canon.
Non-canon is the reverse, and usually refers to fan fiction (so the version of Superman I wrote where he has giant bat wings), or, in this case, a version of Superman which doesn't exist in mainstream continuity (another example would be Red Son Superman, or any other Elseworlds Superman).

😕
You DID take a look at the distance Hulk made Superman cover with that punch/throw in Double Lives featured in my image attachment, yes?

So non cannon stuff is merely hearsay and complelty fictional?

With help. Not saying Hulk only provided 10% and the boots provided 90%, or 20/80, but you can't really quantify it like the Dark Dimension feat which imo is much MUCH better than it. Besides, I saw it more as a durability feat, personally.

Lol they're all fictional...but things like crossovers, for example, aren't canon to the character.
So for example, even if Hulk HAS met Superman before, it does not mean that we can use the showings from that comic as a guide to their respective speed/strength levels.

Heh, it's ALL fictional. 😛
But yes, non cannon simply means "It never happened" according to the ip owners.
They own the property, so they get to decide what counts and what doesn't, basically.
In the case of crossovers, this is a necessity because outside of the crossover, neither company is allowed to use the properties of the other. You can't have a running Batman and Daredevil story, when only one or two comics in a decade is allowed to reference it. And besides that, Elseworlds don't even use the same characters, but alternate reality versions.

I know, I'm not passing it off as a speed feat because of that. I'm saying he managed to get the drop on another superfast brick and punch her out. But yes, I take your point on her not taking it seriously.
He didn't punch her out and it really can't be used as a feat, she didn't want Cap Atom to bring him and Bruce in, quite possible she simply allowed Supes to hit her.

The one weaknesses of hulk is that he has Bruce Banner inside him right?

Nope, which is why I don't use that Saturn moon feat as a strength feat.
Its the same as shooting a bullet at a wall. If the wall shatters, does that make my bullet strong? Or does it mean that my gun is powerful?
