Superman vs. Hulk

Started by cdtm444 pages

At least Zod's villain decay only happened at the end. 🙁

I love how Superman "almost" snaps his neck. 😄

He wasn't stomping. I love how you ignore the wording of the comic itself because you jelly. The best part is Hulk was holding back still.
Yah, and then and exploded a planet later on, by being met with an equal force?

Which Superman and E2 Superman already did in 2005 when they collided and destroyed Earth 2, and each subsequent punch breaking down time/space?

Nice, which comic book is that from? He's taking on the justice league from the looks of it?

Is that even canon?

He got tagged by Doomsday before that scan btw, pretty sure quan's point was there are few if any books where he doesn't get hit at all by bricks...

No, was just showing Supra comics of him using speed in fights.

You could substitute this if you want to show him in a canon setting - the main brick, Power Girl, is still hit:

Batman's blitz is better.

What is cannon/ non cannon setting mean?

The only reason those two Supermen did that was due to the events of infinite crisis. The Hulk of that arc took out an entire dimension himself. The guy was on another level. They had to create another being to match him unlike Superman who runs into his peers or other Superman peers all the time.

@DarkSaint

Dude, Power Girl was on Supes' side in Public Enemies, she wasn't serious 😬 Neither was GL or Katana...

And just because he's shown fighting multiple opponents in one page means very little since Batman is doing the same...

Gas to the face, a well known Major Force weakness.

And more humane then the kick.

That's not gas. It's some sort of acid or goo, didn't stop him for long.

The Hulk "dimension buster" has been debunked before.

And as abdi pointed out in the past, if this is true, why were punches thrown during the same time frame that didn't have similar effects? Only Supermans punches did that, yet they weren't the only ones fighting.

I know, I'm not passing it off as a speed feat because of that. I'm saying he managed to get the drop on another superfast brick and punch her out. But yes, I take your point on her not taking it seriously.

Two Superman collided collapsed a planet.

Two Hulk beings colliding collapsed a planet.

Hulk has to be on another level to be close to Superman's bracket.

Ok, back to more speed against bricks for Supra:

Two hulk beings actually slammed into each other and broke the planet. Not to mention killed some moderately powerful beings with nothing but long distance shockwaves. Just saying.

That's a hell of a blitz 👆 One of my favorites.

Which comic book represents the best fight between hulk and kal el?

In the Greg Pak era?

Where Hulk literally has the power to destroy a planet?

Probably "Incredible Hulk versus Superman. Double Lives", 1999.

Broke the planet AND some surrounding moons. That's crazy, if you just consider how far the moon is from us.

No, sorry but they can try but I many can debunk especially the infinite crisis feats due to reality itself being toyed with by Luthor.

False. Infinite Crisis but like I said that guy is Superman's peer. Hulk didn't have any peers in that story. Hulk's been shown to crush his enemies such as Rulk once he unleashes. Superman benefited from the events of ic along with a peer. Hulk had to have a peer created since he was beyond anyone else in that story.

Hulk can destroy a planet simply by holding back and existing. That's how powerful he is.
