But using just 10% of their top speed here (which is more than fair) then Superman is still vastly faster. Superman can move 5ft before Hulk moves 1in. This is a fact.

It doesn't work like that. I can post Ironman flying to the sun in mid sentence and no one here would say he can combat at light speed.

But Superman displayed others feats of Super thinking and super reactions.

Like he learning to be a Doctor in a short frame of time.

In Superman case, is clear his super speed is not limited to fly in one direction.
