For what it's worth...For me, what Flash is to speed, Hulk is to strength. This is what they do. This is why Flash is faster than Superman, and ultimately, it should mean (imho) Hulk is stronger than Superman.
And yes, should Galactus, eg, be so inclined to test Hulk, rile him up to see how strong he can get and does nothing to protect himself, eventually Hulk would do him damage.
This is how I see the character. Hulk/Flash is basically a one-trick pony, but that trick is taken to extremes, potentially beyond what any other character could muster in that department, otherwise, what's the point of that character?
((Now that I've just said all that, I have to ask myself this difficult question: would this mean Flash is faster than Surfer? Certainly in close-quarters situations he is. As for travel speed...still working on that one. 😮 ))
so to say hulk is stronger implies that he starts off stronger. Which isn't true.

The only difference i saw was omnidirectional gamma blast. And all this thanks to external power source. So he can't reach this level on his own in any sensible time.Hulk's possible cap is WWH. To reach WWH he needed death of his lover and a kid as the very basis. To reach such level in a simple fight he needs way more time giving to him. WWH is no match for Superman. Usual Hulk is even less. There is no sensible reason for him to win against Superman.
WWH isn't that far above Savage Hulk. WBH is hugely amped to the point that he's well above herald.
So honest question. Some people consider hulk to be a mid-tier herald due to his lack of versatility. Yet some people are saying that he beats DC's most powerful staple herald who is very versatile. Now I'm not challenging that opinion, I simply want to know where do we draw the line where a character with a straight-forward simple powerset such as Hulk loses to characters who are vastly susperior in terms of versatility complimented with great strength specifically high heralds. Or do people actually think he would always win. Again I'm not challenging anyone's opinion I just honestly want to know what you guys think.

Superman wins. If Superman is going all out, it's over quick.

Because when your opponent is an engine that can withstand pretty much everything you throw at him while at the same time becoming more stronger, faster, and durable by the second, along with an increase in his healing factor, its kind of next to impossible to beat him. Waid said it best...
