Neither is going to take this fight easily - I know the Superman fanboys are going to add on an extra ten "super powers" and claim Superman does this and that and wins with ease - fact is Superman never uses all his powers together - simply because he CANT - I dont remember him being particulary quick or agile against doomsday - he was beaten by raw strength alone (and no Doomsday wasn't VASTLY more intelligent than Superman or more tacticle) - and i dont care whether it was publicity or ratings...fact is...IT HAPPENED...Superman wasn't just beat he was KILLED by a D.C Hulk rip off (who for that matter didnt have ever increasing strength in that battle)...

It's only logical that Superman wins this fight. I'm a Hulk fanboy, but that doesn't affect my judgement. Supes and Hulk are toe to toe in strength (until Hulk increases,) but Superman's way faster, and he can fly. If Hulk becomes a problem, Supes chucks him into orbit.
