Hulk is class 100 (100 tons) at the start and Superman's current (not pre-crisis) maximum bench press strength listed by D.C. is 250,000 tons (when using his telekinesis powers). Hulk was beaten and knocked unconscience (becoming Bruce Banner again) many many times by beings extremely more powerful than him at start (The first Abomination is a good example). These very powerful beings manage to do this before Hulk got mad enough to be on their level. It is, I repeat, it is IMPOSSIBLE for this fight to last long enough for the Hulk to catch up to Superman. A couple of hard hits by Superman wins. So technically this is not a good thread anymore. A better thread is Superman vs. Thor or Hulk vs. Juggernaunt.

In the second secret wars Mephisto sends a load of bad guys to kill the Beyonder (or something like that) So to defend himself Beyonder significantly amps the Things strength. Does any body know the Real story and by how much Things strength was increased?
Marvel the RPG game (1998): Hulk potential strength is listed at limitless. Guys like Thor, Juggernaut are 19s. destroyer armor is 24,Celestials and Galactus are listed at 30s. Hulk is the only character whos strength can potentially go beyond 30 (he starts at 19).
