Didnt used those speeds and was finished with a plot device.
Alright like i said Superman would win this, he would simply fly the hulk to the sun like he did with Darkseid and Wonder Woman giving him a huge advantage cause he would be next to his source of power and he can fly and the hulk cant, and then he would beat the crap out of him or just simply just throw him into the Sun

Yes, I saw that picture before my post, and yes, the handbook likely needs updating - that panel looks like early 80's, Bill Mantlo period.
If I had the scans, I'd show you Hulk making several leaps to go from one side of New York to another. A leap like that, he should be able to leap oceans in a bound. Ahhh, inconsistences again... 😕
