Master Cheif vs The Fighters of Soul Calibur 1

Started by Deus Ex4 pages

If schrapnel and the like can drain Chief's shields, so can melee weaponry. Having the whole crew on his back will be rough.

Is MC crippled as well??

Considering that Master Chief in his suit has never displayed feats of speed in a gravity hold weaker than that of earth, it would be foolish to assume he was faster than some of the swordsmen and women from the Soul Caliber/Blade series. It would likely be a battle of attrition, and he would eventually go down, unless the metal on his suit is suddenly +50 versus earth metal. And Rock's hammer will hurt like hell.

Plus, I don't recall MC ever having proper melee sword or axe combat.

his reactions are instantaneously.... combined with his regen shield, he could take a beating... hes also much stronger then most of them aswell...

Problem with this is the reactions of a group of skilled fighters > instant reactions in a clumsy heavy suit.

His shield can be beaten down by several attacks, and is vulnerable to metal since schrapnel and bullets harm him.

No cited evidence of the durability of his shield.

Strength won't help him when he's being beaten like a red-headed step child.

First chief isn't clumsy... he describes the suit like hes wearing nothing... it works perfectly with him... Hes got the fastest reactions of the lot.. combined with a lot of strength that would KO people easy... Hes also quicker then them running... His shield requires 2 hits from a sharp object from a man of equal strength to chief...

hes trained with weaponry, so hes going to be ok with most weapons... hes also a great strategist... so I think he could probably take quite a few out...

Is this a 1 on 1 fight though the list? or all vs 1??

Very fanboyish post. Words like "Wears it like nothing" "It works perfectly" and "fastest reactions" etc. with no cited proof are hardcore proof that you, sir, are a bloody fanboy using hyperbole.

Masterchief puts a bullet in their heads. GG.

Inferno still kicks his ass. Nightmare would fair evenly, and Astaroth would probably overpower him easily. so In one on one thosew 3 stand a good chance.

If we are talking about the whole SC cast ganging up on this one lonely Uber Spartan, all I can say is a weapon equipped dogpile spells Doomed Johnny

They have no answer to a well placed bullet to the head...GG

You want an answer to that? Ok then.

Inferno: Bullets won't even touch him, he's made of fire and lightning... YUS!

Nightmare: Solid Steel helmet and armour thats demonically enchanted... YUS!

Astaroth: He's undead, he's been stabbed, shot and blasted before, and still walks, nothing new... YUS!

lmfao!

what are you talking about.... quoting from the book, doesn't make me a fanboy... I haven't hyperbole'd up his power...

If ya had read the books you would realise that his reactions are instant, and hes not an oaf in a metal suit....
Stop slingin "fanboy" around all the time.... n00b

Actually, I read Fall of Reach and part of the second book The Flood, and I still think you need to look up the definition of hyperbole. If Master Chief's reactions were instant, he would not have time to think of any of his combat actions. This would go against all that battle training he had in the first book, since if you can't think yo recollect, how can you outduel a group full of martial specialists with enchanted weapons?

Answer me that one?

some one needs to re-read.... or try to understand... his body got upgraded....

Advanced carbide ceramic material grafted onto bones to increase durability
Protein complex injections to increase muscle density and lower recovery time
Body growth hormone pellet injections to boost skeletal and muscle tissue growth
Occipital capillary reversal to increase blood flow to the eyes, resulting in enhanced vision
Superconducting fibers added to nerve endings, resulting in 300% increase in reflexes and increases in intelligence, memory, and creativity.

Do I need to go on?

Wow, you are a gullible little Master Chief fanboy aren't you? Did you go into your room and fish out the book just to refute the bad marks on MC's honor at KMC? lol

Show me how advanced carbide -ceramic- makes Master Chief resistant to enchanted blade weapons and maces, etc.

Show me the exact effects of the protein complex injections... How much more dense? How lower the recovery time?

How much is the growth? How does exceptional sight help him fight enemies all around him?

What were his original reflexes before he got a 300 % increase? How does this make him faster than a group full of people?

Yes, you need go on. INstead of engaging in the fanboyish trend of "feat wars" you should build a cohesive argument based on points of interest from both sides before declaring a victor...

If you can.

Are you serious??? Your asking me how ceramic bones make him more resistant.... from enchanted weapons.... LOL!!!! do you even think when you post???

hang on.... its science fiction! I don't need to know... it just is... some of it based a bit on science fact! most on fiction!

Your getting desperate if you asking me to prove how it works... its not a feat war... that is what chief had done to him...

The fact that on 2 separate occasions describes him seeing the world in slow motion and is able to woop soldiers... seeing them fighting in slow motion would be a great help...(avoiding blows and parrying) hes strength means he would probably do more damage to them then he would take... He would take less damage from them due to his increased durability... I can't believe I have to spell this out to you....

lmao

Fanboy. You get reeled in every time.

"OMFG I don't have to explain how it works!"

So this runs on the belief system, eh? Fine. I believe the Pope can **** Master Chief up. And since I am using the fictional Battle Pope, he can do it because it's based on fiction!

your asking me to prove that science fiction can work... while not doing soo yourself...

and you call me a fanboy....

Soul Calibur isn't science fiction, dude. It's fantasy. Oooo... No proof required, eh? Soul calibur traps Master Chief's soul! What now? Does hsi uber ceramic skeleton and enhanced aim, etc. save his soul from a demonic weapon???

Stay tuned for Hit and Miss' next fanboyish post, in five.
