Master Chief is alone. He has a melee weapon, perhaps a sword or axe.

He is surrounded by the entire case of Soul Calibur. This includes demons, magical constructs, spirits, spirit hunters, ninjas, knights, martial artists, fencers, magicians, etc.

How does any of that ridiculous hyperbole bullshit you posted -make- him win this fight?

Or are you unwilling to put some order and focus into your argument.

1. The Soul Calibur is one way tyo defeat him, it's energies are the antithesis of the Soul Edge. Specific enchanted weapons also work, like Sophitia's sword andf shiled, Kilik's staff (The Kali Yuga), Taki's weapons
and Xianghua's sword to name a few weapons that can defeat Inferno.

2. Blocked by the Soul Edge. Or Nightmare ducks, Moves, Weaves. The chances of MC Landing a hit in the eyepeices of Nightmare's Armour is smaller than you think against such an experienced (And demonically enhanced) opponent.

3. He'll be reformed in a matter of hours. Astaroth has the favour of the God of War behind him. (The God of War seeks to take Soul Edge back with him, and uses Astaroth to fulfill this deed.)

1.Well if we allow MC to have one of these weapons for the sake of fairness than Im confident masterchief could defeat this inferno, I havent played SC in like forever but I believe the people that defeated him were mere human martial artists correct? MC is much more than human, if you read the fall of reach you will see he has incredible strength and agility already without his armor, add the mjolnir II which gives more power to his already formiddable skills plus the energy shields=unstoppable. Oh and he has cortana to give him a tactical assessment of the situation if he should need it.

2.Do you understand that MC has perfect accuracy due to his numerous enhancements? Placing a shot right in nightmares eye is childs play.

3.He wont have hours to reform, MC with his plasma sword will disinigrate every last piece of him till theres nothing left. And whats this war god? So now he needs help from a god? Weak...

Even their basic weapons can do serious damage. Cervantes uses the Soul Edge itself, as does Nightmare.

Astaroth's axe is bigger than MC's body.

I think it would take about 3/4 good hits to take his shield down... and 2/3 more hits to kill him...

Go and count the number of people in Soul Calibur.
