Select one you like that isn't too large to upload here; say 50k or less. And don't choose a bitmap image file - it doesn't upload on this forum. Choose a Gif file or JPG file.
Click it with your right mouse button - an options menu will appear. Select Save, and put it in the "My Pictures" folder in your computer hard drive.
When you want to post it with a reply, click on Attach File below. When you see the file you want (name it when you save, if neccessary, to remember), click on it, and click open. It will attach to your reply when you post your response.
