dark phoenix vs silver surfer

Ok, now it's no secret that I am quite the Surfer fan. However, DP has this one in the bag. Surfer has NO chance against her barring PIS. Killing Jean with the Phoenix energy signature, is a lot harder than killing her without it. Surfer would be killable by Wolverine or the Shiar if he were in his vulnerable state(without the Silver), but with it it's a whole different thing. Surfers a badass, but the Phoenix Force has been shown to take down Galactus, and Surfers power is only a fraction of Big G's. In a fight between the two, DP would have forcefields and such, so it's not like a single blast from Surfer's going to have that much of an effect.

I hate the fanboys, not the character, Phoenix is not actualy much of an offensive character if you look at her on panel feats.

The most Dark Phoenix ever did was hold the X-men in place, mess with mastermind which didnt last very long and turn a tree into gold.

Shes more a mechanic of the universe, a tool then a weapon.

like i said already you jus hate phoenix...and b4 u go on about fan boy check my thread history i'm no fanboy and dont have any character that i would say is my fav...but you recently have made it your life work to diss phoenix you should take it up to marvel...since we all know that writters are never consistent you should know why she has some poor showin in some comics and good in others

well thats a good point...but YOU must also realise that sometimes writters make her out to be that all powerful... its not our place to dispute it, its their creation and we must go by it even though sometimes its jus wrong i know phoenix is not all that. magneto already beat her once but writters always changes their minds thats what they are, they never stick to one thing. but there are some fights that you cant jus say phoenix will lose jus cause its good to say it there are some fights that she shouldnt win but others that she should wit ease...a good example is this one she did stand up to BIG G, and SS is only a herald so to say he can beat her is jus wrong my opinion only anyway

They have never made her all powerful as Mr. M has proved.

However she has been killed by weapons and methods far weaker then that of SS.
