No, God never directly, as in mano e mano, face to face, says that homosexuality is a sin, it's likely the opinion of the old ass prophet guy who claims to speak with God (Moses is an example).

moses and the prophets only speak from God and not themselves. if they spoke from themselves they would be killed by god and the Jewish people. that is why they are called prophets

alot of prophets tried to do it by themselves and they have already disobeyed and one time a prophet did and another prophet you will be attacked by a lion and will be killed and so as soon as he left the lion came and killed him.
