Yeah I saw that a while ago, just futher proves my point that ports suck. Wait for assasins creed and GTA they will both look identical on both systems or close enough that you couldn't tell them apart. But if you really want compare graphic just put GOW next to Resistance and see the GOW has it beat, played a demo for lost planet as well and that looked really nice.

I'm not saying PC is going to sell more than Xbox I'm just saying I will buy a FPS on pc over xbox anyday.

And side question for anyone who has an answer. are they going to release WOW on xbox or PS3? That would make the game sky rocket even more than it already has.

the smart move would be to release it on 360, since they have a far superior multiplayer system, and lets face it, the bottom line: customers.

of course they'll charge extra on top of the standard xbox live fee so i probably wouldnt get it

Well that answers many things. No wow on Xbox360, and the fact that porting Game from system to system often compromises games, looks like the General was wrong again.

I said that you have no evidence that porting from a game console to a game console compromises the graphic quality. There is an obvious difference between PCs and consoles, and not just graphics, but gameplay as well.

Everyone knows that FPS games work best with a keyboard and mouse combo. Same goes for RTS games like WoW. There just aren't enough buttons on a console controller to allow the right amount of control for such types of games.

Yeah, most console ports to PC suck ass.

A few are pretty good, but usually the company just straight ports it to the PC with the "consilitice" intact.

And there is an obvious difference when going from console to console. Just becuase you can't see the obvious doesn't mean its not there.

only one i think will be good out of those is DVM 4. the only good tekken was 3, then it started going messed up >.>

metal gear was good...i didn't mind it

i never liked FF, aaaand what the hell r these other games you speak of?

halo2 isn't even on the pc yet, what makes you think halo3 will be soon?

In other news, the Wii Forecast Channel is now operational. It was 5 degrees (Fahrenheit) in Nuuk, Greenland this morning. 😄

For graphics? Sometimes.

It's usually some texture is a bit higher in resolution or something stupid like that. It rarely makes any difference. It's still the same game.

Eh, that takes effort. With the Wii, I can check anywhere in the world right away, in one place. It's the whole globe, and I can spin it any way I want, then click on whatever city. Viola. Instant weather all over the world.

well, i would think the reason is that a consol contoler is limiting as opposed to a keyboard. i dont think it has anything to do with much else...or else they're full of shit.

He just had to try and stretch that to say he proved me wrong for once, PVS. Didn't work, but still.
