Is that where you work?

I have also seen some third party adapter called Wifi Max, Best Buy has it with Wii accessories.

Next gen numbers have been updated, all of them but the 360 until they annouce it but should be over 10 million. PS3 over a million and Wii over 3 million.

Nope, I work at EB Games.

I dont need to worry about my consoles crapping out for a while now.

MY ****ING TV DIED INSTEAD!!! 😠

Now I have all this shit hooked up to the worlds biggest paper weight. 🙄

what kind of tv was it?

Sony Trinitron HD

I got it in 2003, luckily the warranty is through April, so Best Buy is coming out Wednesday. 😛

I kinda hope they cant fix it so I can get a new one. 😖hifty:

get a panasonic or samsung

Great news I'm gettiing a replacement. Nintendo was great! I called told them the situation and their shipping me a new one!! Oh yea!! The only downide is that they cant recover my info because it would take too long...which means i must start all over on my Zelda:Twighlight Princess And wii sports 😖 . But alls well that ends well or whatever my wii should be here in a couple of days. 🙂

OH MY GOD!!! ❌

After being the subject of some slings and arrows from the media, the PlayStation 3 has racked up one of the media's highest honors. Tonight at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences will give Sony a Technology and Engineering Emmy Award for the PS3's Sixaxis controller. Like the Wii remote, the Sixaxis can sense motion, allowing players to control on-screen action by moving the controller.

Sony was understandably pleased by the announcement. "The critical acclaim for PS3 is a testament of the platform's strength and the industry's desire for a true next-generation entertainment system," said recently installed Sony Computer Entertainment president CEO Jack Tretton. Tretton assumed his new post in mid-December, shortly before Time magazine labeled the PS3 launch "a bust." Sony has since announced the console shipped 1 million units in North America in 2006, nearly double the number of Xbox 360s sold in 2005. Both consoles went on sale in mid-November of their respective launch years.

Besides the Emmy, CES will see the PlayStation 3 receive several other honors, including the 2007 CES Best of Innovations Award, PC World's 20 Most Innovative Products Award, Sound & Vision's Editor's Choice Award, and Digital Entertainment Group's Emiel N. Petrone Digital Innovation Award.

What happens when you take an already bad controller design, remove the rumble, and half heartedly steal motion sensing controls?

You get a ****ing emmy. 😐

Okay, what I wanna know is how many already rich people Sony paid off for that. Good god, this is impossible...

No one who's not being bribed can give an award for the PS3's half-assed Sixaxis motion sensing when the Wii controller is in existence.

Half the time the thing just disconnects for no reason. 🙄

all i know is that its an overpriced half-functioning piece of shit and i wont buy it. let the fan boys jack off all over their ps3's for all i care.

i dont see...what they see.... in this system....especially the controller...i want to cry for the 100,000,000th million time becuz. First it was the price, now its the award...whats next thing ya know the psp will get an award for best gaming for a handheld...impossible

I really like my PSP.

Everyone that I know that have a PS3 love it.

Everyone that I read who have one love it.

The only thing holding it down in the general public is the price.

Other than that the system is pretty solid, my work has sold all of them, around 150 plus since the release.

People are paying for the thing, sooo what can ya say?

That's odd.

Everyone I know with a PS3 is sorely regretting buying the thing. Almost everyone who's come into my store that bought one wishes they didn't.

It's actually a pretty bugged system, which is also not helping sales much.

PSPs are cool, unless you want to play videogames. 😛

Or like an gargantuan music player.

I really dont think using the people you know as evidence to how great the system is a very valid arguement.
