I saw some 20gb PS3's a while back, recently I haven't noticed.
But looking at various online retailers, it looks like none of them are carrying the 20gb one at the moment. Could mean that they are simply all sold out, or that stores simply aren't ordering the 20gb version anymore because they didn't sell well before, or that Sony has just given up on that version.
I think that's been known since last October at least judgement hand. Sony probably pulled it because the console simply is NOT selling, and they want to give the fans only one choice to purchase from.
Now as far as where the 360 stands, sure, I'll probably buy one in due time, but Wii is catching up very quickly. vgcharts.org has the wii at 6.87 to the 360's 9.47 I think. I personally think Nintendo has this generation for their own, and the Virtual Console has some of the greatest games ever made, from the Golden Age of coming. It's only missing a few of my personal favorites now as well, which most have been confirmed for 07' release.
Some news on the whole 20g availability thing.
