Are you doing some kind of research of something? My question to you is, WHY do you care so much as for someone calling the Wii, Revolution? Your not trying to understand why someone would call it Revolution, your trying to debate something where your views are "correct" while someone who doesnt share your views are wrong. Your simply arguing over spilled milk just for the sake. Seriously, you have some issues. Your the first person on here who I have seen get all pissy over someone who decided to call Wii Revolution now.

I never thought about using the controller like they showed it being used for F-Zero.

I had already planned to buy a Nintendo.........REVOLUTION, but seeing this video has just gotten me more excited about the Nintendo.......REVOLUTION.
I can actually seeing them making a game for this system unlike any game we've ever played before or have been able to play before just because of the new controller mechanics.

No, I am actually trying to find out why people are calling it Revolution still, that's a fact. It's a fact because it's me doing it, me saying it, me knowing what I mean. Not you.
I've clearly outlined and specified (for the more simple minded among us) what my question was, and it was to H. S. 6 alone. I asked him civilly: If you don't like the name, fine. I don't particularly like it, I think Revolution was better too, just like you all do. YET it's incorrect to call it such, so why do it? "I like it more" is a cute answer, but it doesn't change the fact that doing so means you are wrong, by fact. Not me, not my "opinion", fact. Nintendo (for those aforementioned simpletons- the makers of the console) call in Wii. I THINK...not sure...but I THINK they have JUUUUST a tad more say over what it's factual name is. Since they changed it FROM Revolution TO Wii, I'd say that puts you up slack alley.
If you're happy to willingly act out an ignorant course of view, then say so. Don't dance around the question now that I've proved beyond any doubt that what H. S. 6 is doing, is rather silly.

If I'm telling you that it's not about "caring", and you still deny it...what does that tell you about our interaction? It tells us you are the ignorant one and if anyone in this thread is only interested in their own opinions and thoughts, it's those still relentlessly calling it Revolution. It's like sticking your fingers in your ears and going "Lalaalalalala Revolution."
Secondly, no, it's not my "view". It's a stone cold, hard as rock fact that it is no longer called Revolution. YOU can call it what you want, even if you WANT to call it Revolution (that's the last time I'll say it to you ignorami), but the FACT remains that it isn't called that.
As BackFire said, call it TickleMeElmo if you want, but it will always be Wii, if that is what Nintendo name it.
