It was a fun game.

I liked it much better than Little Big Planet and as a selling feature, Killzone 2 draws a different crowd who are willing to spend alot of money for the console unlike LBP.

Um, Killzone 2 would just draw in the exact same people who would already be interested in the PS3.

Yeah, but it gives them an incentive to buy one.

Which is what a bundle is made for eh?

It's still a nice bundle even if it contains Killzone 2. Do these bundles come with the games sealed? So that they can be turned in at a store as a new and not a used game.

I honestly have no idea. I can't remember for the life of me if my Arcade disc was open or not when I bought the 360 arcade. You could do it the moment you buy the console. That way they are certain it is new, ne?

I honestly don't know. MGS4 came with the retail box if I'm not mistaken

If I remember correctly one 360 Pro bundle came with Forza Motor..2 and Ultimate Allience both disc in one package.
the same with PSP bundle, they come inside the box with no package, but with their respective instruction booklet...

I so want the PS2 games update for PS3 >_<

If they are not like the Forza/Ultimate Allience then it will come in a box.

But there might be different packaging saying it can't be traded in or re-sold.

Well, fair is fair- UK and US IGN have given the swordplay in WSR a much better write up.

The package as a whole is only getting above average reviews, though.

Guys I want to buy an XBox 360. Few things.

I know hardly anything about them.

The games I want are:

Crackdown
Saints Row 1
Halo 1,2,3
Gears Of War 1,2,
GTA IV (and extra episodes)

What X would you say I should get and how much would it be?

You will eventually get the GTA episodes(if I'm not mistaken.

Saints Row 1 isn't that good, sure it was fun when there was no GTA but now its hmm...well ya know.

Crackdown was fun...but not that great.

Halo 1, 2, 3, Gears 1,2 are good choices. Do you like Role Playing Games? If so I recommend Mass Effect.

I know what games I want but not what XBox lol.

Oh well I was letting you know which games are worth buying and which games should just be a rent, but whateva.

Buy whatever xbox suits your taste. Try getting the RE limited edition 360 with the jaspers chip that supposedly has much less ROD

Thanks but I know what games I wanted for a long time lol. Been waiting a while to get one.

Nah don't like Role Playing games.

What does all that mean lol?

the Jasper MoBo (read that motherboard): new 65nm CPU and new 65nm GPU

basicaly a new revised version of, you could say, the console which is less prone to RRoD problems. I don't know how much more reliable it is, but I haven't heard anything bad about it yet, so it must be that good. (mine is a Falcon 😬 )

there are ways to know which MoBo you got (though most involved opening the console 😐 ). The safest way would be to look at the "manufacture date" you can see it in the back of the console, around the serial number. Anything (be it arcade, pro or elite) that says
"April 2009"or later should get you a Jasper Xbox.

the Pro version its the safest choice, but the Arcade one should be most appealing for it's price tag, but you will suffer without an HDD

I haven;t got one yet so how could I open it up.

That's my whole point I don't know what XBox plays older games and what XBox don't get the DLCs for games because some don't apparently.

And HDD? High definition? I don't pay attention to any of this stuff...ever so I got no idea what allot of what you said lol.

There are no such restrictions on any of the Xbox 360s, The Playstation 3 have some restrictions when it comes to older games, but none have DLC restrictions (why the hell would they?).

I donno, I was told one of the 360s can't have DLCs aka GTA episode packs. As long as I can play those games listed above on a reliable XBox I'm happy.

Well if you get the arcade version you won't be able to get the DLC because it doesn't have a hard drive. It comes with a memory unit/card and they don't have enough space to save DLC

HDD = Hard Disk Drive

Easiest way to explain it:

all Xbox360 play Xbox360 games and few selected Xbox Original games.

The Arcade version has 0 Gb with it, you need at least 20 Gbs to enjoy DLC (aka GTA episodes, and any other thing you download from the internet)

so go buy (at least) an X360 Pro with 60 Gbs and look to the side of the box (THE BOX not the Xbox. There shoud be a little rectangular hole in the box so you can see the Xbox, you don't need to open the box nor console itself to know when it was made). Look for the MFR Date (read that Manufactured date. it's right above a bunch of numbers called "serial number"😉: if it says: "2009 - 04 - ??" (read that April ??th 2009) or later month (05 = May, 06 = June) then you should definitively buy it.

any more questions?
🙂
