They been doing that in California. It's just for the under 18 year old kids. A relative or another adult can buy it for them. Which is kinda pointless law.

See, that's so dumb. Most stores won't sell M-rated games to kids under 18 anyway.
My brother's nearly 18 and I usually end up buying his games for him (as in, he'll give me the money and I'll actually go buy them)...my mom doesn't care if he plays stuff like GTA, he's nearly an adult, but Gamestop and EB won't sell them to him.
