seriously, people have NO idea what thy are talking about here. alucard is less than an ANT compared to dante.
demon power>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>holy weapons/holy water in hellsing
dante's speed and reflexes let him fight lightening and LIGHTspeed enemies without breaking a sweat
dante can warp dimesnion/teleport/manipulate TIME!
he can take colossal amounts of damaga, one of his lesser feats is being impaled by 6 or so mystical soul reaping scythes and still continuing to eat his pizza
the yamato sword can clice through dimension, it casually sliced through a mystical skyscraper height solid structure miles away with a single strike
dante killed a being who was not only a true god but the embodiement of the abstract concept of "dispair" itself at the end of devil may cry 2.
dante has now killed two enemeis capable of destroying the earth
many of his enemeis have such insane regeneration that cut off limbs can actually tranfrom into completely new being, and yet dante's mystical powers are too much for them to regenerate from
there is absolutely NUTHING in the arsenal of the entire hellsing verse to harm dante.
btw alucard is currently DEAD in the cannon manga, as opposed to uncannon anime.
again, this is not even worth discussing, maybe when u can pich him against a few planet buster, then we can talk. and people seriously need to get a CLUE. alucard is one of the most overrated characters in history.
i put my bet on alucard
Centuries of combat experience
Immortality: like other vampires, Alucard is immortal in that he does not age. It is also nigh-impossible to injure him in any way that actually compromises his health.
Summoning familiars, the souls of those whose blood he has sucked either sprout from his body or swarm about him as an army numbering in the thousands. These familiars can include animals such as horses and the weapons and abilities that the familiars possessed in life. This ability can only be used when his last seal is released. It is suggested that this storing of souls was the primary reason for Alucard's apparent immortality. According to the last chapter, Alucard possessed 3,424,867 souls after the Millennium attack, and has since killed them off.
Ultimately though there is no real way to know or predict who would win is because the two of them are from two completely different universes that obey their own laws (that being the author/character creators), if Kouta Hirano decides that Alucard is invincible and nothing can destroy him, or if some weird catboy can kill him, then within the Hellsing Universe that remains true, same goes for Capcom with Dante >.>; Unless the two of them were to sit together and make some sort of boundaries/common rules, I don't really think either Dante or Alucard being the victor would be an appropriate answer. Although from my point of view, I think neither of them would actually win in the event that Dante is immortal, although Alucard would probably be having alot more fun >.>; although in the event that Dante is subject to the limits of the gameplay mechanics, I'd vote for Alucard winning
