There's no ending more heroic than RE 4. That's not just "Oh AC loves RE", it's actually true.-AC
Spoiler:I haven't played it in a while.
I think it was Leon firing the fatal rocket in Bullet time, then Ada leaves him her jetski key, then the wild race through the tunnel, then some dialogue between Leon and Ashley.

Hey, anyone played through Killer 7?
That game had one cool ending........right?
Kinda hard to understand it though 😐
You want endings that are hard to understand? Try the MGS games, mate. They get real confusing. Still, I guess that's why we keep coming back for the next game. As I said before:
"You never know with Hideo".

The endings of the Broken Sword trilogy were really the best, favourite game series all all time. The 1st time, going to a castle in Scotland, finding out that the 1st character you run into (the cop) was in of it the whole time, discovering a religious group, finding Eklund, and then the fire-works spectacular. Great music, great ending, great. The 2nd time of some evil aztec magician, crushing him using the smoking mirror. And then the third, slaying the dragon and watching king arthur rise from the water.

MGS endings aren't hard to understand, they're just confused a lot because hardly ANYONE sits through EVERY cut scene and EVERY codec conversation. That plus the fact that, whilst they're not James Joyce works of confusing literary skill, it does require a bit of intelligence to understand them.

I sit through every cut-scene otherwise I don't know what's going on. Although, maybe it WAS the story before the end that confused me. Still, I stand by what I say, MGS2 has the most confusing ending ever.
