James Franco is an idiot only because this has happened before and as a celebrity you must know every action you take is being watched.

Oh 100% true, even if they aren't being watched they gonna get got like Cosby all it took was a few brave women to come forward and then bam a cascading wildfire burning down his whole legacy and career. Franco doesn't get smart the same thing is going to happen to him.
