hmm, okay, looks like jinzin actually gave me what i was looking for -- namely the issue # where webs snaked up the tentacles and went inside the shield.
last thing -- lp, you keep mentioning this 'flesh eating shield'. i'm not buying that anymore than i was buying jin's dome. IF you can give an issue number where it is shown that shield exists and is as powerful as you say, i may still go your way. otherwise, it looks like tbk is gonna take this -- least in my opinion.

in his most current issues with the most control and innovation of his powers that has yet been seen by electro he lacked any flesh melting shields...
hell even in amazing spiderman 425 when he was powered up, he lacked flesh melting shields...
that's about as viable as him saying electro has a damned shield... or the one hit kill rule that long pig made up to save his ass in the first round...

In that issue he was able to evaporate a high pressure continuous jet of water about 15 feet short of hitting him, not a drop got through..... that would require temperatures of hundreds of degrees celsius... if not higher... more than capable of melting skin or symbiote

actually, scoobs idea about the symbiote MAY be a logical assumption. the problem with it of course lies in the fact that is only that -- an assumption. more appropriately, a supposition based on what may be a logical leap.
but still just a supposition. and we can't really base our thoughts on unfounded suppositions, so whether it's a good theory or not, without evidence to support it, it can't be used against jinzin it this -- or any other match.
at least not used FAIRLY against him . . .
the shield you're talking about scoob was used by electro in his uber-form. i know you know that wouldn't be a valid ability in this match. do YOU have proof (outside of that example) of electro's ability to generate this 'flesh eating' shield?

yeah but I think I was unsure about how my symbiote would stand up to doc-shock and then I had my revalation that venom's proven to be more heat resistant than spiderman, and spiderman keeps kicking electro's ass....

in any case he lacks that power now so it's hardly relivant.
