A day sounds about right to me as well but it would be a very slim majority at best, perhaps even a split. For the immense tactical advantage DS enjoys (especially with prep) and the healthy skill advantage, Parker has virtually every other advantage there is.

Its called PIS. A normal human MA shouldn't be able to defeat Spider-Man unless he's weakened or loses his Spider-senses or something like that. The only reason I don't think he stomps Batman is Batman's gadgets which could probably even things out a bit.

With his weapons, etc... I think Deathstroke can take spidey without prep. For a majority, thats up for you to decide but he can win some without it.

Deathstroke could prep for a majority against Spider-Man in hours.

He could get legitimate wins in a standard match too without prep.

Wild Shadow Restricted

a full day prep with access to norman and kingpin info video and even wpnery would guarantee him a near 99.999% chance of a win..

after all DS isnt cap.. DS is a killer and look what Cap did to parker.

Cassandra Cain is terrified of fighting DS and at his absolute lowest showing it took Batman and Nightwing working together to defeat him in IC. Cap couldn't take on Batman and Nightwing at the same time and that was a LOW SHOWING.

Slade's also had trouble numerous times with Nightwing one on one, far more trouble than Cap would have. A prep-less Deathstroke is far less intimidating and an entirely different beast than a prepped Slade, and Slade's always had trouble dealing with tactical fighters.
